ORDERING: Our team of experienced, knowledgeable professionals is available to assist you with your order and coordinate any special requests. Although we suggest that you call on the day prior to pickup or delivery, we recognize this is not always possible and we will do our best to accommodate same day orders but they cannot be guaranteed. We require a $25 order minimum (not including the tax or delivery charge.)
DELIVERY: A delivery charge will normally be added to each catered event unless complete order is picked up by customer. Delivery Charge of $10.00 within 3 miles of most orders. Larger orders & further traveling distance will be adjusted accordingly. Delivery charges will include assistance in setup at time of delivery. Call us for weekend delivery information.
PAYMENT: Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, (Gold coins and Silver dollars are accepted!)
Corporate Charge Accounts are available upon approval and are invoiced Net 14.
Gratuity at your option is appreciated.
CANCELLATION: We request 24 hour notice for cancellation. On orders for 50 or more persons a 48 hour notice is required or the canceled order may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
For all orders of $500 or more we ask for a 50% deposit at time of order.
